Grain variety

Wholesome grains like sesame and linseeds give our HÜTTS their wonderful, slightly nutty flavour. Our special touch: We use oilseeds in their complete form, thus preserving important components like proteins, vitamins, and mineral nutrients.

Herb garden

Our HÜTTS are seasoned with harmonised herbs (e. g. rosemary, thyme, sage) that naturally give our wholegrain delights their highly aromatic savouriness – because nothing can provide better flavour than nature itself.

Wholegrain love

All of our HÜTTS are baked with best wheat or spelt wholegrain flour at low temperatures. As opposed to white flour, wholegrain flour is made by milling the whole grain, thus preserving all the mineral nutrients and vitamins (magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin B1, vitamin E).

Olive oil crunch

To give our HÜTTS their special, airy crunch, we add pure extra virgin olive oil to our dough. Another plus: The oil from the fruit of the olive tree has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids.

Say Cheese

For our typical, hearty flavour, we exclusively use fresh mountain cheese and Emmental of best quality. They are grated directly from the wheel, freshly sprinkled on right before baking and give our HÜTTS a wonderfully hearty flavour.

Our HÜTTS always bring the crunch and are perfect for social gatherings: Thanks to our great ingredients and the wonderful flavour, you can savour your time together even more. Parmesan-Panna Cotta

Preparation (4 portions):

  • Place 6 g of gelatin leaves in water.
  • Slowly heat up 300 ml of milk & 300 ml of cream (do not boil!).
  • Add the gelatin leaves and stir until they have dissolved.
  • Add 100 g grated parmesan and bring to the boil, then remove from heat.
  • Fill into dessert glasses.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Add some basil pesto and garnish with pine nuts.
  • Before serving, add some more grated parmesan and 2 HÜTTS Tomato & Emmental.

Cottage Dip

Preparation:

  • Mix 1 cup of cottage cheese (200 g) with crème fraîche (70 g).
  • Zest half a lime.
  • Finely dice 1 shallot.
  • Finely chop ½ bunch of fresh herbs (e. g. chives, parsley).
  • Roast 3 tbsps pumpkin seeds in a pan (without oil).
  • Combine all the ingredients.
  • Season to taste with salt/pepper and some lime juice.
  • Fill into a small bowl and garnish with 1 tbsp of pumpkin seed oil.

Goat Cheese with Orange Honey

Preparation:

  • Carefully peel ¼ of an organic orange and cut the peel into thin strips.
  • Warm up 1 piece goat cheese camembert in the oven (180 °C, 4 minutes).
  • Mix 10 g of honey, the juice of ½ orange, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • Warm up the honey and juice mixture.
  • Add fresh thyme leaves and the orange peel, let simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Put the goat cheese on a plate and drizzle with the orange honey.
  • Serve warm with our HÜTTS on the side.
