Grain variety

Wholesome grains like sesame and linseeds give our HÜTTS their wonderful, slightly nutty flavour. Our special touch: We use oilseeds in their complete form, thus preserving important components like proteins, vitamins, and mineral nutrients.

Herb garden

Our HÜTTS are seasoned with harmonised herbs (e. g. rosemary, thyme, sage) that naturally give our wholegrain delights their highly aromatic savouriness – because nothing can provide better flavour than nature itself.

Wholegrain love

All of our HÜTTS are baked with best wheat or spelt wholegrain flour at low temperatures. As opposed to white flour, wholegrain flour is made by milling the whole grain, thus preserving all the mineral nutrients and vitamins (magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin B1, vitamin E).

Olive oil crunch

To give our HÜTTS their special, airy crunch, we add pure extra virgin olive oil to our dough. Another plus: The oil from the fruit of the olive tree has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids.

Say Cheese

For our typical, hearty flavour, we exclusively use fresh mountain cheese and Emmental of best quality. They are grated directly from the wheel, freshly sprinkled on right before baking and give our HÜTTS a wonderfully hearty flavour.

Our HÜTTS always bring the crunch and are perfect for social gatherings: Thanks to our great ingredients and the wonderful flavour, you can savour your time together even more. Garden Dip
Image

  • Stir 200g cream cheese with 5 tbsp. milk until smooth
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and some fresh lemon juice
  • Clean and finely dice 110g local radishes
  • Finely slice into rings 2 spring onions
  • Mix the radishes and spring onions into the cream cheese
  • Garnish with garden cress

Alpen Glow

  • Wash and slice ½ organic lime into slices
  • Fill the lime slices, some local blueberries, some leaves of green mint and 3 ice cubes into a cocktail glass
  • Add 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 2 tbsp. blueberry syrup to the glass
  • Fill up with some sparkling wine and mineral water
  • Stick blueberries onto a toothpick and garnish together with some mint leaves and 1 lime slice

Hut Dip

  • Roast 30g pine nuts in an ungreased pan
  • Stir 150g goat’s cream cheese with 3 tbsp. yoghurt and 1 tbsp. Ajvar until smooth
  • Taste to season with some olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Core, finely dice and mix in ½ yellow pepper
  • Garnish with some fresh basil and the pine nuts
